HIG has provided
strategic advisory services to the
developers of the new Marriott Courtyard
at 135 w 30th St in NYC. HIG organized
the construction partner for the
project, advised and structured the
Marriott operating agreement and
continues to assist throughout
construction and operation. The Hotel is
now under contruction and contains 266
rooms with a roof top lounge and
speciality restaurant at street-level.
