French Polynesia:
Four Seasons Hotel, Bora Bora. HIG has a partnership interest and was part of the original development team of the newly opened 107 room Four Seasons Hotel, Bora Bora.

Argentina:
Four Seasons Hotel, Buenos Aires. HIG terminated the Park Hyatt management agreement, structured the Four Seasons management agreement and recently sold its interest in the hotel. Hotel has 138 rooms and 27 suites.

United States:
Four Seasons, Scottsdale. HIG was the original developer and owns interest along with other private partners in this world-class 210 room resort. The property is adjacent to the renowned Troon North Golf Course and features a new state-of-the-art spa and conference centre as well as 145 vacation ownership villas.

Uruguay:
Four Seasons Hotel, Carmelo. HIG terminated previous management agreement, structured Four Seasons management agreement and recently sold its interest in the resort. Resort has 20 bungalows and 24 suites.

Tahiti:
Radisson Plaza Hotel, Papeete. HIG has just completed the development of a 200 room first-class Radisson Plaza Hotel in Papeete ,Tahiti. This project sits on the beach used in the movie Mutiny on the Bounty and is the first major new hotel project in Papeete in the last few years.
